Race for Life app
Improving the app for the UK’s largest series of fundraising events, having raised over £500million for cancer research. Facilitating user interviews and usability testing, and conducting exercises like card sorts to inform updates that made the Race for Life app easier to use and more inclusive.

Products
Working across a variety of products: online payments; online fundraising; activity management; eCommerce/the online shop; and volunteering. Aligning with Product Managers and developers to test, learn, and iterate things like online donations, event registration forms, and fundraising pages.

Relay For Life
Understanding the unique needs of Relay participants to redesign event pages. Testing ideas to ensure fundraisers had the information they needed to sign-up, that they remained engaged to fundraise, and that they felt valued after their event. Iterating based on continued user research, testing, and analytics.

Internal tools and systems
Collaborating with colleagues across CRUK to test improvements to tools like the IT help desk, ServiceNow. Also conducting internal usability testing before procuring new systems, such as for grant management (ensuring the best process for scientists and value for money for donors).
